Thank you Grandma and Grandpa!

We had a wonderful time with you guys Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle E. Thank you so much! We love you!

PaRaDe

Thanks to Grandma we got awesome front row seats to the Christmas parade at Disneyland. As cheesy as it sounds, it really was a magical and special experience, especially watching the wonderment in Lily's eyes.

Dumbo Ride

This is the one Disneyland ride I think of when I remember my childhood experience at the park, so I really wanted to take Lily on it. Was it worth the 45 min. line? Yeah! Just look at these faces. The one with Daddy, Lil, and E is at the end of the wait. Uncle E rode in the Dumbo ahead of us so he could be on picture detail. I think he had fun with that.

CaRiCaTuRe

After getting off the Pirates of the Caribbean ride we passed by a caricature station, and Grandpa decided Lily needed to get one. It turned out really cute, and we promptly hung it on the wall when we got home. Thanks Grandpa!

Disneyland

So she wasn't too sure about Pluto, but she did enjoy all the boat rides (especially 'It's a Small World'). It was such a fun filled day that she ended up passing out in her stroller for a bit.

Cali

Here's Lil modeling her beautiful Thanksgiving dress from Grandma and Grandpa. Posing at the beach with Daddy and Uncle E. And sporting the monkey backpack/child tether. You can call it a leash if you want, but all I have to say is it turned out to be an excellent idea at Disneyland (where our little miss independent often wanted to be on the ground). Score one for Mommy!

More Beach

Lily's interests at the beach also included exploring a seashell with her mouth, watching/chasing the seagulls, and playing chase with her Daddy.

Fun at Laguna Beach

We had an awesome trip to California over Thanksgiving where we visited Grandma Toria Grandpa Taylor and Uncle E. It was so fun hanging out with the family, and making holiday memories. While we were there we went to the beach a couple of times and Lily love, love, loved playing in the sand! She kept hugging the sand. It was fun to watch and play with her.

jammin to some tunes

Lily has recently become interested in our Ipod. She loves to put the ear buds in and out of her ear, and play d.j. with the menu part. Sometimes she really gets into it and bobs her head. It's way cute, and this new fascination came in handy on our plane ride when we were tryin to keep her entertained. She's wearing her Grandma Toria's hat in this pic. She looked kind of like Fievel from An American Tail, right?
